Meh the Romans deserve it, I beat them again, and it's CTDed again. This seems to be a thing with taking settlements when their garrison is killed on the field apparently.

The general ran full tilt into pikemen a few times, this result may be more to your liking.

Close range missile units are amusing ... Yes, you can make your missile troops shoot while being stabbed in the face, and they can shoot through other members of the same unit without any penalty or danger.

If there's guys charging your missile troops, (especially horsemen) this is probably your best bet. Trying to run won't work.
