There are three complete legions there with their reserves.
That would be one sexy battle

I'll post some screens when I have the time since RSII converted me to the way of the RS

    Rome vs Carthage, +/- 1 vs 2.

Battle started with being surrounded on both wings.

Archers backing the legions up. They did a good job in the circumstances.

With my legions in one line and fighting front, left and right my only chance was to get to the their generals with my cavalry to demoralize the Carthaginian armies

Still, the left flank wasn't looking pretty

    Same for the right flank

So I started charging with my cavalry on the right wing

And slowly I could relieve a flank and get to flank them!

Indeed, quite funny to see those Celtic archers in the desert.

There's quite a difference. Altough it seems you better see it in game than on screenshots.

although ground shadows always look bad I think.....you ought to compare snow shots in custom battles with and without in-game AA.

TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

Yes sadly it is... it was my fault. The screenshots in posts #88 #66 and probably elsewhere, was uploaded to photobucket but I had no idea that there's a 10gb bandwidth monthly limit

I switched to imageshack now, hope there will be no issues with it.

My first ever recruited numbered legion battling the Carthiginians in an epic battle atop of a large hill.

The view from a battle against the Gauls behind the 3rd and final reinforcing enemy army with my army visible in the distance. I won.

The battle to finally destroy the Averni. They were predicted a win against my seige auxilia army, a tough dirty battle took place at the gates for most of the battle. In the end the time ran out when we were fighting in the town square. It was declared a draw, both sides roughly 180 men. However, I was awarded the city and the enemy were now extinct.
