As said in the other thread.
You need to install RS 2 into your steam Alex just like you do when you install RS 2 into your steam RTW.
Yes you can use BI, just use that exe instead of RTW.

Hey Apple, I followed the link, but it didn't take me to a response to my question about family members not showing in the family screen.
What does "Supply of army rations" do exactly?
Playing as the Ptolemaics...what do I need to get the Epilektoi Basilikon agema, Kleruchoi agema, royal peltas and elite cavalry? Alexandria I saw is maxed out on military barracks and these units arent there. Is the same true for the Seleucids?
I've been playing with the Ptolemaic Empire a bit, and I think the Seleucids may need somewhat of a buff. It seems as though after one gets through The Battle of Raphia the Seleucids just stop doing anything for the most part. They only managed to attack me with two full-stacks the entire way up to Antioch, and when I took all of Syria they only sent two more full-stacks to attempt to take it back. I checked how they were doing army wise in the east thinking maybe they are just hung up over there, and I couldn't find any full-stacks there. There was a somewhat large garrison in Seleucia, but that was it. I just think it would be a better experience for the player if the Seleucids put up more of a fight for the rich western provinces, rather than just letting the Ptolemaics take it all.
(Just reposting this in the correct thread.)

What are you playing? M/M oder H/H.
In my second seleucid campaign on M/M the ptolemaics aren´t very agressive. After the battle of Raphia they didn´t really try to conquer me. In my first campaign with the same difficulty they were more agressive. Now they are only attacking my Armys, when i siege a city.
H/M for me

ok well I got RSII installed and I played a hictorial battle, but theres no campain mode. Does anyone have an idea of why this would be.
Is there, any way to have Helvetii unit in custom battles???
There is a 'no_custom' attribute in the 'export_descr_unit.txt' file - simply remove it. I would not do this to too many units as you may cause a CTD.
Removing it is how I got the screens for the Boii faction preview.
Also, take a copy of the file before you make any changes - just in case you have 'finger trouble'....

I wanted to ask. What's with Thebes on the Greece map? Shouldn't Delphi be more appropriate? After all, Thebes was utterly destroyed by Alexander the Great, its population sold into slavery and all the buildings with one sole sentimental exception razed to the ground.
Seems to be a problem with consistency between father and son, regarding social class and greek/spartan etc traits. Could someone have a look at this?
¨Philip of Macedon: “If I enter Laconia, I will level Sparta to the ground.”
¨Spartan reply: “If.”
I've yet no idea how to text edit Rome, just Medieval.
Ive been seeing to many rebellions in the Roman Empire after they conquer settlements, how would one decrease this?
In my Dacian Campaign, i am turtling to keep in a historical format of my faction, waiting for Rome to conquer me, but they are getting nowhere...
I have a question too
How do you move your entire army without changing the formation? I mean the keys...
