How can my science teacher casually cite the Bible and speak of "The flood which Noah and family survived" as factual evidence for the releasing of carbon-12 into the atmosphere? And speak as if the 'Biblical record' is more reliable than radiometric dating.
    You're a bloody Science Teacher!

Complain loudly and strongly to his/her boss, education board whatever. Outrageous nonsense of course.

Low loyalty means your generals will rebel and take their army with them.

It used to say "A well balanced breakfast" - which was a bit odd, after all who eats rabbit for breakfast? "I'll have a bowl of weetabix and some rabbit on toast, please"!

It was reffering to how the food, breakfast food, was being balanced on his head.

No problem, I have a thick skin

If we ever had 10 commandments of TWC, "Thou shalt have but one pancake balancing bunny" would probably be one of them.

I would treat you all with love and respect. You should probably move these to the mansio as well.

    Default Game Suggestion

This is off topic relative to Roma Surrectum, but . . . I know there are a lot of history buff gamers here so I wanted to share.

Game is called Mount & Blade Warband, you can get off Gamersgate for about $10 I think. The vanilla game is fun, but a bit arcadey. Imagine Lord of the Rings, in an imaginary medieval style world, but without any magic, or fantasy = all pre-gunpowder era combat, politics, etc.

It is an RPG style, but with quite immersive 3d tactical battles. The battles seem a bit dated now but they are still the best large scale tactical battle simulations for ancient era combat I've ever seen.

Lots of mods, but the one that really shines above all the rest IMO is "Brytenwalda" set in the British Isles in 636 AD.

    http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/board,189.0.html

I played Warband (which is a "2nd edition" of the original M&B) when it first came out and when I'd sated on it, shelved it to wait for all the mods to fully cook. Just recently resintalled it on my new machine and have been having some good fun figuring out how to manage the slow struggle to rise from petty son of a lesser noble who served as a retainer in a noble's court to master of all Britain. After 30 days of playing, I've had scores of fits with bandits and roaming raider parties, completed a few 'quests' for Guild Masters or Village Elders and have a warband of 35 soldiers (some of who are 'hero' NPCs over which you have a certain degree of control in terms of character development and equippment/fighting style.

Brytenwalda has a 2.6 patch coming out soon, which might well be the final patch of any serious consequence.
