How old are you Ferdiad, because you come across like a stroppy 12yr old.

Arrogance is the preserve of the deluded and the immature, which are you?

    Congratulations Ferdi
Well done primitive1 you have discovered that Ferdiad is a complex being who is neither and yet is both...
Because he can simply walk into mordor.

Yes, stroppy teens are so complex.

And everybody walks into Mordor, it's walking out again that makes the man.

Nope. It was todo and bam. Common mistake. Frodo and Sam flew out. But todo and bam mocked sauron.

I just need to throw this out there. I'm going to miss the this general for the rest of the game.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

He's killed Hannibal, put down the revolt in southern Italy and reconquered two provinces that had been occupied by rebels. He rebounded north and took Genoa. He took Taurasia, Mediolanon and when the Boii picked up Patavium before I could, he drove them all the way back to their capital. Coming back from Eburonum he captures Salonae and Segestica, securing my land line to Dyrrhachium. Then I was no longer reliant on total sea dominance to hold the Greek coast and I could focus on Carthage again.

He returned in time for the Greek betrayal and he occupied Massalia against 2:1 odds. He took Nemausus before the Gauls could. He has, time and again, popped into Emporiae when it is besieged and repelled full stack after full stack with never more than 25% of his forces lost. In fact, the only triumph of my current campaign that was not rested on his brilliant shoulders was the defense of Akragas and sacking of Surakousai. Aside from that, and naval action, he's been Romes Champion.

He's 70 now and maxed out in three of the four bars. I've never had such luck as others with generals becoming freaking ancient 100 year olds. I know in just a few more turns he's going to be gone. And I'm going to miss him for the rest of the campaign. Until then, he's going to continue to sit on the small side of 1:3 odds and keep bashing Carthage back like they were braying Free Peoples. Damn, he's an awesome general.

Edit: Called it, he died the very next turn lol. At least in the last Summer of his life he killed 6000 more Carthaginians. What a pro dude
