Well, on the bright side you can just port the original fuedal knights and seargents from MTW2 for most of the models.
Although talking with some of the SS moddelers about using those knights could be valuable also

Suggestion for this submod will use include a inreased cav charge boost for the bretonian faction the third age done a simlar thing with a sub mod called beter cavalry engagement which increased the strength of cav making them useful for hammer and anvil. Athough they die from spears pikes easier i suggest giving a elite bretonnian cav unit 2hp to counter this mabye peagasus or grail knights mabye questing which ever is beter i dont know need to check the lore/army book.
