I'm speaking about a real army (all types of knight;men-at-arms;bowmen;...) playable in custome battle (at worst) should be great but the border princes or other monkeys seems to be more important.

If you would spend all the time spent here on TWCenter on 3DSmax and/or Zbrush instead you would have already learned to create the most awe inspiring army the Bretonnian realm has ever seen
Modding is hard in the beginning but definetley worth it, im thinking about modding Total War games but right now im to busy with modding skyrim. You can atleast give it a try, that way you will get exactly what You want.
