Maybe make the two outer segments of the shoulder armor a bit smaller and lower, following the contour of the arms.

Now that I look better at it, the handguard of the gladius is too big...resizing it a little bit so that it became smaller wouldn't be a bad idea!

I'm sorry to say this, but they doesn't still look good in my opinion: I'd suggest to sue the native model at this point and, if you want, to give to it the new sword you made.

btw the shields of the legionaries sometimes is under the shoulder armor (best to see at the most right legionairy)

Did anyone noticed that the Legionary cavalry 'had' the metal chunks?

Its not ideal but its better than using a model thats not made by me... I have a whole different style than most modellers.. My style is boosted by the power of the Vanilla skins.. So its more centered on Modelling than Skinning

I use their model, and import the legionair shield and sword!
