Default New historical battles for Barbarian Invasion

    Hi, dear RTW lovers

Using the RTW battle editor I am reproducing most of the battles of the late-ancient era.

My "project" starts in 238 and should end in 596

My battles are based on accurate: locations, character's name, title and command (if the general is the factionleader and if he's a great conqueror), and when possible, compositions of the armies, seasons and daytime.

I apologise for my bad deployment areas

    NOTE:
In some battles you can find 300 bodyguards with gold weapon & co., don't worry! in battles the Bodyguards will be only 49
The player always uses the faction that historically won the battle

For each battle I made also a description, but, since English is not my 1st language, they may sound weird or smtg like this.

The original battles are in Italian so if you want them in Italian (probably noone ), PM me

The battles in game appear in alphabetical order, but if you play them in that order, you probably will have problems in following the descriptions; so if you want to understand them fully play the battles in chronological order:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Great. I always thought one of BIs faults was a lack of historical battles. +rep

Could somebody try the battle of Adrianople (378) and tell me if the description can be read?

I spent a lot trying to make it readable and it didn't work! I don't even know why! It is a normal description! Thank you Skull

I am not going to make this battle, because it is already a historical battle in the game

Thank you very much, but you should have made this for the Invasio Barbarorum mods. They're a lot more historically accurate than BI.

Well, at the time I started with these battles I hadn't the chance to download and play mods, so I made them for BI. Also with some mods some problems with battle editor could occur since the map used to choose the battle location is different from the campaign one (don't know if this is the case of Invasio Barbarorum). For example a lot of MTW2 mods have this problem

This mod has been released, so I'm moving it from WIPs, Ideas and Proposals.
