This mod really looks fantastic and it's from a period of history I am really keen on. I am also happy to hear that a part 3 will be in the works and will cover the Charlemagne period! I am really looking forward to this!

Actually I believe IBII East of Rome is focusing on this Era in M2TW, albiet moreso on the ERE-Sassanid Border rather than the west

If thats true its not really focused on this period is it? As one of the key moments of this period is the re-conquest of Vandal Carthage and Italy, by the Romans after 'the eternal peace' with Persia was signed in 532CE, which wasn't broken until 540CE. So although the Roman/ Persian wars are indeed major events, I fail to see how could exclude the West as a theatre of operation in a game about Iustinian.

    Well said, Constantius.
Beside that: AoD2 is also highly focused on the west - esp. the rising frankish kingdom is one of our core elements of AoD2. The beginning of medieval Europe is a very exciting part and I doubt that somebody has a good view of this complicated time period if a historical simulation is just focused on the east.
AoD2 has the surname - "renovatio imperii", but this title is probably misleading.

Yes, but are you giving us a 'hint' or just stating the facts?

Wow this mod is looking pretty damn good. It's definitely one of the most promising mods still in development for R:TW. All the best for the remaining development, I'll look forward to playing this mod
Thank you to all of the RTR Team.

So when will this be out
That's an evil, evil question. The right answer to it would be "when it's done".
I'm sorry, but it's the only right answer

    is it mod foldered?
    I'm almost certain it is.

I believe that that relief in the inrto is not of Justinian, but of Constantine the Great.

Are you referring to the Barberini Diptych: Justinian as World Conqueror, currently housed in the Louve?
