1) Many non-Homophobic peope use the word gay in a negative way, yet are not making an insult against gay people.
2) Saying being gay is bad isn't against the ToS. It isn't insulting any members, it's just the same as saying something is good. If you think otherwise you're being highly hypocritical.

But if you want to be like that.... he isn't putting any connotations upon the word homosexual, he is merely stating that rewinding is homosexual. He has not said that homosexuality is bad or good in his post. So in essence it is YOU deciding that homosexuality is bad and thus YOU who has fathomed the word homosexual into an insult. Thus it is YOU who is breaking the TOS for insulting gays. MODS! Take him away!
