theres no need to be sarcastic. You can be very touchy sometimes. It just seems to me to be polite to at least have let me know when i'm running a rp about it.
But whatever, i'm going to be the bad guy here, so screw it.

Why were my posts killing Ace's auxes deleted?
I request they are undeleted as they broke no rules whatsoever, they are outlaws and since my Prince is there, it is assumed he would have brought men...
Second, no post has been made as to why they were deleted bar the deletion reason by Raglan which was: "no, just no"
So are mods now going to pick and choose what rules they use?
Where was this? And was the King there?
In the Army of God and in Ap's home.. No he was not. That does not change anything, the fact is he had no registered his characters so the killings are valid and within the rules entirely
Stephan is his main. He has been RPed as such and has been treated so in the Physician's thread.
Well to my mind it is a question of how long has it being since the previous death for example when my previous character died Stildawn at the opportunity to technically kill all my characters since they were all auxes but he did not since to mind it is not in the spirit of the rules as intended.
Also generally Auxes are only killed by mains... Otherwise what to stop Ace's "aux" to kill your Prince then Major?
I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Gainsey for his blatant disregard for the rules, his conduct is unbecoming of a moderator. he is supposed to know the rules and enforce them but instead he ignores my attempts to correct his error in judge, he mocks my attempt to enforce the rules. though Gainsey's main character is a cardinal of England his Aux hold titles of nobility which is a huge violation of the rules, rules which have existed since the days of caradog. The rules were in place to prevent player from abusing the powers giving through each rank (at the same time)

I would request the mods look to the fact that almost every player including Lord William has had auxes with positions of nobility, be it wife, friends or children.

I would also like to say to the mods that although there is/was this rule no bugger ever took any notice of it.
I don't see it as a problem at the moment, but what happens when your main dies? Will you just switch over to having your aux as your new main, and start with a title? Especially after all the issue with Ace not being allowed to inherit with a non-rolled heir this could raise some problems.
Auxes can not inherit or be used to inherit, and stildawn what is to stop an Aux killing a main? hell you know they are not allowed to but can be killed outright by a main.
Auxes' cannot kill anyone but other Auxes... and then only in RP situations. Auxes can only have RP titles. If Major's main character died now all of these "Dukes" of his would be returned to freedman status before you can say "what?"

What Mythre said... In regards to Aux's having titles I personally go by the rule that any aux can have any title as long as the main holds the lands/power/titles to give that auxes title... Hence Raglan being a duke with much land could have a Earl Aux who is under his Dukes command... As the power is derived from his Main...
In regards to Gainsey... Drake I have no problem with as he is well aware that he hold no actual power and the amount of RP dont with Drake is excellent (and we generally reward good rp)... However we are talking about any others he has at the moment... I personally highly doubt Gainsey was trying anything dodgy but we are looking into it...
Thanks...
Of course he won't try anything dodgy, he's viscount of Calais (i think). If so, England doesn't even own Calais!
