Actually, after reading about it, that's exactly what I need, bane_tw. My wife and I used to play SS 6.1 hotseat with the ability to defend yourself if attacked or sieged, however it's been some time and we haven't tried it with this SS 6.3, she's currently into Dragon Age and Civ 4/5, so I game alone.

If i disable RR does it actualy work because i remember it was bugged i think and didnt actualy disable then i think i downloaded wat was a fix for it but duno if it worked as i didnt want to restart another campaign please reply the fact its taking me so long to build a quality army and that the last time i played a unit of cavalry charged my fuedal foot knights at like 0.5 mph and wiped them out stopped me playin it for quite a while. Im playing as england at the moment but havnt continued my campaign for a long while because im too lazy .

finaly a fix, stainless steel 6.3 was kind of buggy i think.. the campain was stuppid because all army's of me directly become rebels in the first turns...
also is Binantine at the late campain al their good city's lost!!

Works fine for me. Try using a different browser, or access it through a proxy.

seems that it was a problem with the company that delivers all of swedens DNS-servers (correct term in english?)... Some pages loaded normally, but others didn't load at all...

I'm using opera browser by the way... DL:ing now...

Fixes updated to 4.2 (yes, I know the installer says 4.1 - recompiling just to fix that takes too long)

• From now on the Fixes automagically remember where you installed them last, that is, the install path will default to your actual SS6.3 folder (Meneth)
• Silver surfer bug for Norwegian Knights Hospitaller (armor level 2) fixed (Baraban)
• Some errors with Border Horse model/texture fixed (Baraban)
• Ducal Cavalry having a riderless horse in each unit fixed (Baraban)

Hello,

I have still ss_setup bug bugging me. Problem is, that when i install Fixes 4.2 on clean copy of SS 6.3, ss_setup becomes useless. Says "No enough campaigns or core files missing!" For devil's sake, even 4.1 had same effect on me [Last fix i remember, that worked fine, was 3.8]
Am i do something wrong? I have Win 7 and i run Fixes as Administrator. By the way, manager is supposed to come up, but it isn't coming

Do this:
Turn off UAC
Move SS out of Program Files
Make sure SS isn't read-only

Note: this is not a surefire fix, but has resolved the problem in some cases.
If it does not work, reinstall SS (not in Program Files)

No help. Before reinstall, i did as you said. Then decided to take SS6.3 off and reinstall it again. UAC turned off, SS moved out, no read-only and when i put original one back, its slightly better but can't pick AI.
I think i just have to avoid these fixes...

For some reason my school's connection can't contact Filefront. It doesn't seem to be an active thing on the school's part, I literally know of nothing else they block access to, but for whatever reason it just can't contact Filefront any more. I've been trying proxies, but the actual download link doesn't seem to work correctly when accessed through a proxy. Is there any way the Fix could be hosted on a different mirror, or at the very least could somebody send me a copy?

Great job. The game is really cool.

Besides, now I can add longer assimilation, BYG 4 and limited activities scripts and have fun playing medium campaigns, which for me is the only way to go. It doesnīt screw alliances, you can improve your reputation and donīt have to fight one hundred battles every turn. But before it was too easy winning the game. This problem was solved by adding scripts.

Why " i cant install it!" ??? If you would so kindly, please give the error message or describe the problem that is not allowing you to install it correctly.

If it helps:
Have a clean install of SS6.3
Download the fixes
Without moving the fixes into SS6.3 (Leave it where it is in your downloads or desktop/whatever) double click on it, and point it on the SS6.3 folder, and follow the directions.
