    Man, I got stuck on Victor Mature with this one - and movie star - I couldn't match it up but I stuck with it ... sucker! But I'm still focussed on movie star and now think it's Johnny Weissmuller (although it's hard to find a picture of him in a suit)(....this thread has exposed that facial recognition is not something I excel at).

    Rod Ansell, said to be the inspiration for the character of Crocodile Dundee. Died in disgrace a few years back in a gunfight with police he had ambushed. Here
