Varus
Gnaeus Domitius Corbulo
I think he bears a remarkable likeness to various busts of Julius Caesar, particularly the 25bc one (the Chiaramonti Caesar?) in the Vatican Museum.
Pretty sure that's the "Pseudo-Corbulo" made of Parian marble from the 1st Century BC. I don't think anyone knows who that is.
Well guys when I got this pic I looked at others of the same person and they looked the same so I believe this is genuine.
Nobody has it right yet. I'll give an easy clue. He was a commander of the Praetorian Guard.
Sejanus maybe? Though I still think it's Corbulo.
Sorry I forgot about this.
Nevermind this
Okay Screw that last one then
No but the time period is more or less good.
Karl Philipp, Prince of Schwarzenberg, Napoleonic era field marshal of Austria ?
karl philippe wred (spelling?) or something?
Yup it's Wrede, a Bavarian and French general. It was this fool who tried to halt Napoleon's retreat at Hanau in 1813 and he got swept away.
