By the way if anyones wondering the new command line = @mods\SS6.3\default.cfg

Yes its worked. Have you done this first?

1. In the m2tw folder you should see 3 exes. "medieval2.exe", "kingdoms.exe" and "launcher.exe"
2. Create a folder called "backup" and place the "launcher.exe" in that
3. Rename the "kingdoms.exe" to "launcher.exe"

You need all the .BIN files, and the .exe file. Then you just double-click the .exe file and follow the instructions.

Does anbody understand how the three scripts work? The ones in early, late, and imperial_campaign? Because some changes i made only took effect in the early campaign after I edited both imperial_campaign AND the early one. Since I plan on making a lot more changes, it would be helpful to understand some more about this. Great mod! Having tons of fun!

I'm using the torrent, and I can confirm that I'm getting around 600 kb/s dl speed.
