    Khamul the easterling is the only named Nazgul and he is in charge of Dol Guldur, he is referred as Sauron's lieutenant and it's second only to the Witch King. Therefore an unique armor like the witch king's would be appropriate.

    Khamul will be loosely based on this concept:

    For the skin I'll see if I can insert some dark red robes and golden trinkets, but the skin will be mostly dark.

    The model for the tip of the staff, the sword and the scabbard are from a mount and blade mod and the hat is from a neverwinter nights mod, all re-skinned by me.
