BTW. How will you handle amount of Frey's family members?

I'm guessing that only limited family members will be present in the mod. Otherwise when everyone comes of age you could have entire stacks of family members.

Frey's will have quite a few family members but nothing crazy. We're somewhat limited because of TW's limit of 4 children per general. The tree isn't finalized but we'll have all the important Freys from the books.

General's bodyguard upkeep has been lowered for all factions so we can represent a large number of book characters without crippling the economy of those factions that have more generals than others such as the Freys or Lannisters.

Yes. All Crownlander units that use a bow and arrow will have that improvement.
