Curia representatives

Sulla wants the Curia to elect eight representatives to represent the Curia and bring its view to the table. Right now we should start nominating people and then voting on them.

I'm waiting for someone to say what Staff's role in this is, I'm rather confused.

And technically it should be in Curia Vote, but as it's not being voted on yet...

Personally I nominate Tacticalwithdrawal and Jacobus Maximus. They've both already proposed rewrites of the Syntagma, twice.

No problems with the post or it's location only the timing is a little rash. I only brought it up as a discussion point and then if the Curia was OK with it then we could proceed.
