    Default Static instead of music with custom soundtrack

    I'm playing RTR Platinum Edition. Following the instructions in this thread, I put together some mp3s of my choice to play during battles. I can do battles all the way through normally without crashing, but for some reason, there is no music. There is, however, a loud, short burst of static whenever a song would change. I tested and confirmed this by hitting Alt+M during a battle several times, and I got the static. Any ideas as to how to get my mp3s playing?

    You've probably got them saved in an incorrect format.

    in .mp3
    Also make sure that the songs dosn't have any spaces in there name. If they do replace those with "_"

    The engine doesn't detect the mp3's if they have spaces in between?

    Something like that. So only use normal characters.
