Pedric, Dvk right in saying that a description of buildings is essential for the understanding of the game :-)

@apple, we could, but this way it is easier to regulate it. We're sure people aren't doing several times the same thing.

@chernish, I know, but it is still less essential than the menu or the buildings names.

    I agree on both.

I can help with the french traduction if you need it.

Is it really that long to translate the whole mod ? If so may be we should be 2 on this.

Ok, I'll try to see if the guy who did the French translation for RS 1.6 (and others) wants to be your team leader, that way, we'll have someone really available and skilled which will be able to guide you.
Otherwise, if someone has the will to become the team leader, please say so.

I already know how to do it, I started translating SPQR for my own back when I played it.

I know it's real work so I'd like to be seconded.

Don't forget the "vsvn" and "ancillaries", the boring parts of the translation

For myself, the buildings and units are the most fun to translate !

    Sure, send me a pm.
Are Czech and Slovak really close, or do you plan to do both? I'm sorry, I'm not really an expert.

I think that it isn't a problem for Czech/Slovak users to understand each other's language, since it's quite similar. I'm Czech myself, I offer help too.

Wouldn't it be good idea to also contact other Total War mod sites (the foreign language ones) for this kind of stuff? There would certainly be more more proficient speakers, no?

I'll translate it into Greek if you want me..

EDIT: I have to translate only the the "text" file from the filefront? nothing else? And all txt. files? without the words or comments inside the "{ }"

Example: {ROMANS_JULII} Belgae. The "Belgae" word?
