Saren ftw.
No.
Kreia, again.
"I used to eat people, but now I'm full."
Yeah, Saren this time.
Any character that beats Legion better make it as far as possible.
I have approximate answers and possible beliefs, and different degrees of certainty about different things, but I’m not absolutely sure of anything, and many things I don’t know anything about. But I don’t have to know an answer. I don’t feel frightened by not knowing.

Kreia, because I kinda thought her lessons were awesome.
I still quote her little spiel on helping out everyone instead of letting them help themselves.
What was that exactly? Can't remember.
"And what is it you think you have accomplished? If you seek to aid everyone that suffers in the galaxy, you will only weaken yourself … and weaken them. It is the internal struggles, when fought and won on their own, that yield the strongest rewards. You stole that struggle from them, cheapened it. If you care for others, then dispense with pity and sacrifice and recognize the value in letting them fight their own battles. And when they triumph, they will be even stronger for the victory."
Kreia, a brilliant teacher and unexpectedly cunning villain. She uses your rejected lover, and the supposedly dead wookie to hunt you down, gets you to assemble/kill her enemies, and has the best force lightning (force storm? Can't recall) in the galaxy, ever.
What's more, Saren is still a spineless, brainless pansy.

Kreia. To beat Saren, all you have to do is be fit, strong, and fast moving. In other words, just be a very efficient solider.
To beat Kreia you need to have all that, plus a badass knowledge of the force, and loads of other things.
I had a really hard time with this. I spent five minutes just thinking about the whole thing.
I have to go with Kreia. They way she acomplished her goals were brilliant. Even after she betrayed you I still felt attached to her an didn't want her to die.
Saren was a great villain, don't get me wrong. Probably one of the best ever, but Kreia IS the best ever and that is what makes the difference.
Alistair Yronwood - Lord of Yronwood, Warden of the Stone Way, Blood Royal
"Darkness? I was born in it...molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man. By then it was nothing to me but blinding! The shadows betray you because they belong to me!"But there must always be a Darth Traya, one that holds the knowledge of betrayal. Who has been betrayed in their heart, and will betray in turn."
"You clearly don't know who you're talking to, so let me clue you in. I am not in danger, I AM the danger! A guy opens his door and gets shot and you think that of me? No. I am the one who knocks! "

It's not his depth that makes him a pansy, rather, they tried so hard giving him depth they seem to have mistakenly made him a pansy. I love the fact he's not dimensional, really. But apart from the early game, Saren was always scared and frail.
Kreia I wouldn't call emo in the least, she was your typical sith with an injection of additional wisdom and cunning and minus the senseless brutality and crudeness.

Well what was that "bawww" about the other sith masters turning on her, and "imma shut the FOrce down 'cause it's too much pain in the world!".
and talking about how cunning she is, truly she's amazing that she managed to manipulate the exile...being the very first person the exile meets after a bucket of amnesia. Skill, no doubt.
No.
For the latter half of his appearances all the conversations with Saren went along the line of "Woe is me! All is lost! Join me in sucking up to the big bad reapers!"
Sore loser maybe?
Oh I'm not talking about the manipulation of the exile. More of manipulating the wookie and the handmaiden.

At no point did I ever think Saren was a pansy. He was conflicted sure, but who would not be when they're indoctrinated and doing/saying things they really have no control over. For the latter half of his appearances all the conversations with Saren went along the line of "Woe is me! All is lost! Join me in sucking up to the big bad reapers!"
