    Default CTD Please help me

    I have posted at RR/RC bug reports but i haven't taken an answer for 4 days.
    So please i need your help.

    The problem is that when i try to retake York from scotland the game crashes when i take it(before the panel with the what-to-do-options)

    well we know what the error is. I believe you might be missing a file or patch? Tell me how did you install, your OS, and if you have every patch and if Win 7 UAC OFF.

    well i have also seen that but it is very confusing.(their armies don't have any highland rable units)
    I am using W7 ad the UAC is off.
    Maybe it just needs a re-install

    EDIT:Reinstalled the july patch but still nothing(also all the settlements have now vanilla look)

    In that case, you need a reinstall. First i reccomend saving all the installer files too your computer when you install for future ease with errors. Second, go too the sega folder and turn off read only and apply too all sub folders.

    Make sure that you installed in the following order btw.
    1. Install Vanilla M2TW
    2. Install Kingdoms
    3. Patch too 1.5
    4. Install Stainless Steel Parts 1 & 2
    5. Patch too 6.1
    6. Patch too 6.2 RR/RC
    7. Apply April OR June hotfix. Not sure if both will hurt it, I only applied the june beta patch.
    Run the game
    Let me know if the reinstalling solves the issue.

    Well thanks for your help but PB told me what the problem was.
    I have started a campaing before patching to the latest rr/rc.
    So the only thibg i should do was to start a new campaing
