So...another tie.

However this time I will make the time period shorter. Although I cannot physically make it so that a poll closes in less than 24 hours I will simply count up however many votes there are at NOON (my US East coast time). It's midnight, July 25th right now so those of you not on my time zone will have to figure it out yourselves.
