Third Age - Total War 2.1 Released!

okay, so i tried to rename the third age folder to the crusades but it wont let me says something like 'the action can not be completed as the folder or a file in it is open in another program' what does this mean.

please help i really want to play it, thank you

You have to restart your computer to solve the "the action can not be completed as the folder or a file in it is open in another program" problem.After that you should be able to change the folder's name.

I have MTW2 for steam and i have done all of the steps and now i run it as the americas campain. I ran it and i got to the TATW loading screen but as soon it started loading the game shut down. What should i do?

Damn, where to start?

First, i installed Total War before like a week (i know its last year game but still, its awesome and only one of few of its kind).

This mod made me register here lol, and trust me, im very lazy when it comes to registring and

Thanks so much for this mod, Im downloading it with torrent at the momment and cant wait to test. I'm a huge fan on LOTR Trilogy, so yeah, this is like a dream, a epic game and epic trilogy together.

Btw, idk if it is possible, but you should add some music from LOTR trilogy too. Depends on region where you are. (Like if in Rohan, it plays Rohan theme, it can be found on yt or wherever).

Cant wait to test it!

This is the best mod I've ever seen. I like the Balrogs and the Trolls! Could you add more units (non human) like the big black Mordor birds?

Hej, zdravo. I see that you are one of the locals

and I need you for a small experiment. The thing is that I also downloaded this mod from torrent, before that direct download from net, but in both cases, when I run the game, its all good until moment that I try to lead army personally, so I would appreciate feedback on this subject if the same things happens to you too. I did a clean install of Medieval 2, then Kingdoms and then 2.0 + 2.1 and it crashed again, so I was wondering is it just me or not. Cheers.

This is the most awesome mod ever.No other mod gives such a completely fresh feeling like playing a new game.
I have only one question,is this mod foldered just in case I want to add some other mod

After i downloaded the 2.1 patch,i opened it and it said invalid data.....Why?The same with 2.0.....the same with all files i downloaded from modb and filefront.....i found 2.0 on TPB and it worked.......why cannot i open filefront or modb files?does anybody know a torrent for 2.1?(oh...and i use windows 7..is that the problem?)

Did you rename it to TATW_2_1_Patch.exe ?

Mine opens and says it can't find Kingdoms.exe.

Right-click edit on Third Age.bat and copy and paste what it says here, I'll copy mine and we'll see if there's any difference. However, do you have kingdoms? And is the exe in the root M2 directory?
