TWC's Tribute to Modders and new Services

As a tribute to what we at the TWC Staff believe to be the beating heart of our success our latest star in the content department has released this tribute to the modding community of TWC! Thanks go to Nanny de Bodemloze for taking the time to make this sampler of what we the TWC staff are now offering every mod team. Here is our exclusive tribute to some of the modders of TWC –

Those of you who were not included rest assured that it was only because we’re limited on time, we admire and appreciate all your efforts no matter how large or how small.

The TWC content staff has undergone a chance, we are now 100% committed to offering you mods a service, and so I encourage all of you to PM me or Asteroth or Aradan the following information –

Your Name
Team if you have one
The Name of your Mod
Link to mod subforum if you have one, if not the thread

What we offer –

We will post every major update on the front page
We will post any major release as a global announcement.

In addition to these each team PM’s me once a month with the choice of three guaranteed services once per month –

We can create banners and signatures, especially good for small teams and mods who don’t have their own sig makers
We can create and host videos and previews on our youtube channel and promote your own videos.
You can get your mod featured on one of our publications which get over 1000 views a month and come with their own exposure.
We can host your previews and information on our library or wiki
You can get prieviews or interviewed on our official TWC podcast.
We can offer advice and support on becoming a hosted modification and gaining your own subfoum.

All you modders have to do is PM me to register and PM me once a month, I will always reply and if i dont within three days simply PM Legio

Great works as always by the Noble Nanny, although I don't think Ran no Jidai was mentioned even though there was some footage of it I think.

I think a good idea would be to list the mods + links in order in the YouTube description so people could visit each respective forum (if that hasn't been done already).

Know that the modders have mutual respect for all of the admins and site staff who without, it wouldn't be possible to allow our mods to flourish in the first place.

Nice to know that SPQR Total war was excluded from the list of TWC mods. sheesh There were only 2 Mods that were the main ones on this site back in 2005 RTR and SPQR, EB will wasnt really visible until Trivium teams Spartan Helped revive it.

Cant believe you left SPQR mod out when its been here so long.....

The mods featured in this were not selected with any particular criteria; it was mainly a one-man job, so it was a combination of mods the artist was more familiar with those that seemed (to the artist) to be popular today - and there was a duration limit, so naturally some mods were left out, but with no ill intent and not meaning the value of the mods left out is in any way underestimated. After all, there will be more videos...

Please don't start the "why isn't my mod in!!11one" whining and don't take it to mean more than it really does. Instead try to focus on the essence of this initiative.
