    Long time no post.

I have been travelling overseas for a while, and will be again in a week or so. For the moment, I won't be updating the mod, and I will see whether I find time to get back into it in February when I get back in the country.

    Apologies if that disappoints anyone.

    Cheers,

    SH

The units are specifically scaled to be a reflection of their historical force sizes. The size of the units is scaled at 10:1. Therefore, if an English Line Battalion had 600 men in it historically, the unit size will be 60. If a French 1805 Battalion had 960 men, then it will be 96.

In order to make this work 'realistically', the ground is also scaled appropriately, at roughly the square root of 10 (near enough to 3). Therefore ranges and movement speeds are reduced by this factor.

This gives an appropriate historical and realistic feel to the battles, as far as I can make it.

Sorry I have not done any work on it lately. I may get back into playing it and see if there is anything more that can be done. I remember being quite happy with it when I left, and played several campaigns with it.

    Cheers,

    SH
