still Rohan is the most fun faction of all!
Spoiler for Fixed!:
I just played Rhun for the first time and had an absolute blast. It's a VH/VH campaign and a Dale army of 2,500 and a Dwarf army of 1,200-1,500 men came to attack one of my cities with my Faction Leader and two sons/generals. I had maybe over 600 men, with two units of cavalry in addition to the general bodyguard units, one unit of spears and two more units of loke infantry.
Needless to say, at the end of the battle I had wiped out almost every single unit to the last man. One of my golden horse boys had killed over 1,000 units and had taken over 500 prisoner.
I think Rhun may be my favorite faction in terms of game play and aesthetics right now.
It was amazing to see my cavalry drive out all of Dale alone. It was the Dwarfs who inflicted most of my casualties.

Seems noone like harad : /
I'm a big fan of Isengard. Their Uruk-Hai have a sort of majesty about them. I think they are very fun to play. Especially since they start so small, and are so close to Rohan and Gondor.

As others said, Gondor. Throwing large numbers of Men at ludicrous numbers of trolls and orcs is fun. They're also pretty awesome looking, and I happen to love them from the books and movies. They also get into the action very quickly, and fighting over the lands of Ithilien and Osgiliath are fun.
I picked Harad because i just love to backstab mordor and crush those punny orcs beneath my mumikels feet.
