Wich faction do you enjoy the most?

Hey, I make this poll so you can show wich faction you enjoy the most.

I Want:
Reasons why you voted as you did.

I don't want:
A endless discussion why one faction is better than another.

I voted Eriador.

I know there have been another thread about something similar but that was to help the guy to choose wich faction he was going to play next. Plus hes list was incomplite.

Meh...probably Dale or Eriador because of the simplicity of their units. Its always a struggle when you play as either one.

I'll give the same answer as in the majority of the dozens of favourite faction polls I've seen so far:
GONDOR!!!
They have one of the most beautiful rosters and are quite easy once you know how to do it.
Though it can get quite tiresome if you have to face the same battles all over again. But Gondor still gives greater challenge than most other factions do.

I vote for Gondor (1.41 version, might change in 2.0)

Why? First of all there are the most action to begin with, since you got Mordor pushing forward and Harad as well. Therefore lots of action and great battles from the start + a good challenge.
Besides I really like how they look (I know you should not judge on the skins), but also for me it is the most similar faction to the middle ages which I like...I like the idea of soldiers with great armour instead of leather.

They don't have the really strong units like Ents, Trolls and Mumakills...yet you are fighting alot against them (mostly trolls) and again...they got a good challenge, because of the types of units you are fighting after a little while

Besides they are good overall. Good Inf, good archers, good cav and not special in one area as much like elves (archers)

Also Gondor is the most epic human race

Eriador 2.0 looks great but i haven't played them yet, though the reason i'd pick them is the Dúnedain. On the other hand i always liked the Dwarves and the divided kingdom and the draw of Moria is always tempting. It makes life difficult. The only faction i don't like to be is Gondor; their treasury is too good but on the other hand the constant grating warfare is fun, holding the enemy against the odds. In short i like the faction i'm playing with; which is no-one at the moment so i can't really decide.

Isengard because i like to build my evil empire from those too settlements, like to enslave mankind and in end of all counter dark lord himself. And Uruk-hai looks so cool.

HE because they are so easy you never tired and you can make a rich economy without fighting at all, from which you can then raise elite armies and go kick mordor's ass. if you want a smooth campaign, like i do, then HE is the most enjoyable faction.


though i do get bored sometimes and start a gondor campaign to wake up

I voted "Can't decide". I've played with both of the Elven factions, Gondor and Eriador and I like them all so I can't really say wich one I like the most.

I voted eriador because of their unique position. Lots of territory to expand into and you can conquer the OOTMM and Isengard. Trade settlements with Dwarves/High Elves and generally just be like United Nations of the good side. Hand out swads of cash, buy maps left and right, trade settlements, send out 5 stacks with no financial difficulties (even though they are very mediocre). I don't know I guess I just like the playstyle that I am allowed to perform as Eriador.

2.0 will make this 3x more epic. I would be happy with just the Eriador workover but Arnor re-emergence? +++++++++++++!

Harad and Ruhn! I like fighting against non-orc and goblin factions, so these 2 are pure win.
