    Yep. If we start running into problems, I'll fix them ASAP, though right now I think it'll work out fine - it will be a very long time before anyone gets to the point where their mages become walking nukes, a point not many IHs here have reached. By that point, players should have effective countermeasures...

    1900 & ACW have both hit turn 4 Though none have reached turn 8 yet, which is when any Mage trained on turn 1 will get their top tier powers, so yeah.
