I know Lizardmens won't be released until the next campaign and next year, anyway since im a player from the tabletop game and a fan of this faction, i created a list 4 fun whit some suggestions and ideas:

Special: Powerful charge-Frighten nearby enemy infantry
Ps: This can work like a elephant, whit some Skinks archers on top
Artillery
-Salamander
Armor: Scale skin
Weapon: Flame breath
Special: Very Effective against armour
Ps: Can work like the flame cannon of the dwarves
-Razordon
Armor: Scale skin
Weapon: Razorsharp barbs
Special: Missiles can impale several men-Long range missiles
Ps: Can work like a grapeshot of the cannons or ballista
Special units
-Slann Mage-Priest
Armor: Scale skin (of the Temple guard)
Weapon: Shield and halberd (of the Temple guard)
Special: Can rally nearby troops-Inspires nearby troops
Ps: Instead of a magic unit, imho can work better like a war althar for raise morale and rally troops, an althar of the gods whit at top the Slann, and Guards of the temple around.
-Skink Priest
Armor: none
Weapon: Staff and magic
Special: Very long range missiles
Can work like the other mages, throwing rock spells or something like this
