Portugal in the Peninsular?

Hey hope this is posting in the right place, but I was wondering if one of you talented people would be able to produce a mod that would make Portugal playable in the new DLC the Peninsular campaign. Only I'm about to start a 'Let's Play' series for my subs on Youtube and so far quite a lot are opting for a Portugal campaign if such a mod can be made.

In my various campaigns I can never get Portugal to fight. They are my allies and have joined the war against Spain and they have plenty of units but they just stay near their location and won't fight. In another campaign I had taken all of Spain and Portugal sent a full stack army over to the east coast but then back again. I wondered is their anything hard coded for Portugal?

Well, they are on strike. Maybe because they are not a playable faction.

About Lionearth, I was one of the people that voted for Portugal.
I hope someone puts Portugal playable, and fast.
