    Default Peninsula problems

First of all this expansion is amazing! Not so much an expansion more of a mini-campaign it kicks serious ass. However I have got some problems listed below.

    1. Some of my French Fusiliers have white uniforms
    2. Some models do not appear, ranging from agents to towns and everything in between
    3. Text doesn't appear on any of the new units Fixed this with the new UPC 2.5
    4. My mini-map doesn't appear even though I have it selected.

Can anyone tell me if these problems are universal and it's not just me and/or how to fix them!

Are you running the game with any mods, Dynamo11? It's best to disable them if you are.

Yeah but I didn't see them breaking the game majorly like ETW's patches. Do you have the models, non white uniforms etc.

Hi Dyanmo11, I've tried a custom battle with French Fusiliers, and none of them have the white uniforms glitch. Other units models and the minimap appears to be working as intended.

    Hi Dynamo,

Yup, IF you get rid of ALL of your mods then these issues will disappear man.

Also, Verify your cache in Steam. This will assure you that NTW & the Pen. Camp. are running optimally.

    That's it,

Some French troops wear white undershirts. Just see proof in this promo shot:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

I have a problem, my so called "Portugese" troops seem to be Polish, because that's what they're speaking.
Oh, and Chasseurs A Cheval are still OP.

Some French regiments wore white coats but I think most wore blue by 1811. I've had this glitch before.
In the Peninsula all sorts of uniform differences were seen after a few months and even some British units were wearing Spanish brown cloth jackets when the regulation uniform wore out.

They're not wearing their coats; it is too hot.

    COMFORT IS FOR THE WEAK!

Seriously, how do they expect to conquer Europe if they can't handle a little warm weather? Next they'll be asking to wear coats in Russia...
Then it's Tommy this, an' Tommy that, an' "Tommy how's yer soul?"
But it's "Thin red line of 'eroes" when the drums begin to roll,
The drums begin to roll, my boys, the drums begin to roll,
O it's "Thin red line of 'eroes" when the drums begin to roll.

Played 4 hours straight & no white uniforms bug.
I'm enjoying this campaign very much & it runs super smooth.
Congrats to CA I hope S2TW turns out to be this stable & good

I thought the white uniforms were meant to reflect the dye shortage caused by the British blockades. After all, its not too hot in the winter and they are still wearing their white uniforms then too.

If only the game would have different summer/winter uniforms. It would make ski troops much more awesome.

Really though. Look closely. No tails on the white part. They just don't have the coat.

Heh, my "peninsular problem" is different. I played about a dozen turns as Spanish (on VH campaign difficulty) last night. And, in my game, the French were getting steam-rolled, not only by me, but also by my Portuguese and British allies. At this rate, France will be down to 5 Peninsular provinces in no time...

Has anybody played longer? Does the French AI have some surprises up its sleeve?

I tried putting a guerilla unit inside a building outside the army deployment zone in the guerilla deployment zone but the game didn't let me do it.

Cheers fellas, unloaded all me mods and it runs fine. Just shame I can't have any enchanced features that the mods bring

EDIT: Still able to run a few minor mods (my pip mod for a start) with no problems
