    what do you mean how to put in? do you mean install? all you need to do is download, extract and copy bettersoundfxv3/bsfxflintlock to the game folder /data
    then go to C:\Users\LALALA\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts and in the user.empire_script, type (mod "bettersoundfxv3.pack"
