All I know about tea is this;
1> A 10 grade student (I didn't teach) once gave a so- so presentation on Chinese tea to my middle school students. I was really poorly done. Barely informative.
2> I once participated in a tea tasting in a village in Yunnan province. I liked a couple of the teas, we bought some, but only my wife seems to drink at work.
3> I visited a Chinese man house near Dali who made his fortune in the tea trade.
4> As I mentioned, My wife likes tea (she is Chinese- go figure), but since I prefer coffee she often drinks it when I am drinking coffee or she drinks all day at work or at home, so when I come home she doesn't want any.
Needless to say, I have never drank my own tea I bought..
That's it ... but do enjoy my friend!
