This is a Special Edition of Napoleon Total Faction for Fäderneslandet Mod. From the external GUI you can choose one of the available campaigns: Fäderneslandet Mod in SP or MP games. There is also available a combination of Fäderneslandet mod and Toon's All in One Mod for Sp and MP games.

In MP games France is not playable for the moment. On the other hand I've enabled all factions for challenging Sweden in a MP game.

First of all, this is a beta! There are still some small issues i want to address and some things i want to add, but the mod is completely playable. (Unless i have messed up horribly. Then you will die in agony as your computer explodes in a ball of fire and destruction.. but i think i fixed that bug.)

If you play the mod please give me some feedback and tell me if you find any problems. This is why i posted this beta. I have taken it about as far as i can on my own and now i need your input to help me with the details

If you have any requests about adding units, please post some reference pictures to go along with that request.

Q: What the #¤"! does it do?

A: This mod replaces most of the units for the swedish faction and add a lot of new ones. But there's a little twist to it. You can only recruit regular troops in your starting zones (sweden and Finland)
Anywhere else you will need to rely on militia units and Borgerskaps units for quick reinforcements and emergencies untill you can get reinforcements from home.
Borgerskaps units are basically inferior units formed by the populace of the city/region. They differ from the militia in that they are infact a "real" military unit, only with less training.
In the next version i also hope to add high upkeep mercenary units for some or all regions.

Installation

Be sure you have a user script in your game's script directory. If you are not sure or you do not know how to make one use this tool.

Download, decompress NTF_SE_SWE.7z and run the included installer. None of your files will be overwritten. Follow instructions and be sure that the mod is installed in you games directory ...\napoleon total war\. After the installation completes run mod from the shortcut you can find on your desktop.

To uninstall mod you can use the uninstall link in Start\Programs\Sweden Mod or the one in your games directory (...\napoleon total war\). Do not uninstall the mod by deleting manually the files!

There are no updates available.

Instructions

Start the mod and choose a campaign. Your user script file will pop up automatically so you can add the mod's command:

mod sweden_mod.pack

Here you have to add the command of any other mods you want to use if you have not done that already, according their creator's instructions. When you save and close the file the game starts automatically according your choices.

FIX: If your game freezes in the first screen then download the attached FIX extract it and place all the included exe in ...\napoleon total war\AutoPlay\Hispania_Mod\Docs\ replacing the existing files.
