Update 9/06/10. Two drums redone, Blue drum, blue teeth and bludrum blue and white teeth. The tesion cords have been extended to make it more acurate.

Update 12/07/2010. for those who play as austria have added a drum collour yellow black red.

Once you have down loaded the mod please add to user_script copy example.....paste this line into the user_script>>>> mod_gazza_drummod.pack;<<<< "start game and enjoy!!"

Update... the patch version is also availible thanks to toon.

I would ask those who use my mod or are in the process of down loading it, to press that little green button , the rep button thanks

Again thanks to Toon, fellow geordie who is close friend on the smokey battlefield of war. And also erasmus777 for his great PFM_

Yes, defently, but the drum is not historically correct, but all drums were different at the time, per regiment, so there really is no singular historical drum, well done +rep gary!

Totally disagree with you, as the drum is correct and gary showed me the pics of what he based the drum texture on.
Also his knowledge of the era is second to none as he knows a great deal of history on this era and is very in depth with his research (hence he is my head of research on the "Napoleon All In One Mod")

Doubt he knows more than me... I'm also the head researcher of NOW

No, on a serious note, all nations had different drum designs, I designed mine on the French parade drum. No one drum can be the most historical.

Did I ever state that "No one drum can be the most historical"??? secondly to also stating "Doubt he knows more than me" garys knowledge of Nappy era I would put good money on garys knowledge is better than yours mate I quoted that gary's knowledge of this era is excellent as mine is poo!!!!
I really take notes on gary's knowledge and guidance so that I can make my mod as historically as accurate as possible!
Hey great job on the NOW mod as well mate, and hope you got your CTD problems sorted

Yes the problem with drums is that at the moment we cannot give each Regiment thier respected regimental drums, so i went with a design that would look ok with most nations... but i blame CA for the "cack handed" way they went about doing this... I dont think they realise the fun of games such as this is in the detail... CA are just lazy and are now moving away from the core roots of table top gaming to a more console/ arcade experience.. IMO is crap. So the drum i have done is, you will all agree far better than the crap vaniila gave us.

Luckily for me I'm not arguing, I'm supporting the man for his drum mod.

Toon, take a joke mate, relax. I don't give a on who knows more on the nappy wars or who's drum is better. Its all a bit of fun, don't let this get out of hand, I'm stopping it before something starts

Oh and toon, thanks for helping solve the CTD. I've got it all straightened out. Thanks again!
