For Big Branded Mass Beer from the supermarket, Heineken,Jupiler and Palm is best Imo.

Though nothing can beat Banana beer they serve at some places =]

EDIT: Does anybody know how I can get my hands on Wychwood beer (Hobgoblin, Goliath,...) as a Belgian?
Wychwood doesn't seem to export to Belgium, so the border regions of Germany or the Netherlands or Luxemburg in general are fine too.
Too bad they won't send e-ordered beer out of the UK...

Is Hobgoblin nice? I've often seen it in shops, but it's never taken my fancy.

Dude...you have to be pretty pathetic to be unable to buy decent beer. A bit of a beggar could at least get his hands on 80 cents for a 33cl of Jup'. Personally, I would gain 70 cents more for an exclusive beer such as Gageleer.

I dunno about you, but how lame, lazy and retarded is a beggar when he's happy with Heineken or other canned piss when he can get his hands on Jup, Kruger or Stella? Explain this to me please??

Why spend $10 on 30 cans of rubbish beer when you can get 5-10 really good ones for that amount?
And if it's 3.6% you can't even argue it's to get drunk off of, because you may as well get some cheap spirits for that.

I'm all for cheap beer. I drink a lot of it but to me there is a difference in drinking the cheap beer and knowing it isn't quality or the "best".

Stella Artois isn't too good either... If you stay away from lagers, pilsners, and brown ales (and maybe hefeweizens) then you'll most likely have an easier time at finding something quality to drink. It's much harder to cheaply make stouts, porters, pale ales, and different ales.

This. The only MExican beer i've had is Sol which is rubbish.
Also San Miguel if that's MExican, which is even worse.

San Miguel is Spanish. It's terrible.

The only Mexican I ever had was Coronas. It isn't my thing.
