No Changes

I downloaded the mod and i had the problem where it started but nothing changed, I wasn't able to follow the hosted directions to fixes (or my computer was not showing what it described) so can someone explain a more detailed solution?

Do you have a user.script.txt file? Did you add the mod command? If you do not have one, open Notepad and save a blanc txt file named user.empire_script.txt in C:\Users\(user name)Eg\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire\scripts\ (that's for Vista and Win 7).
