Soundfix for Baltic Crusades TW

Hello,

at the moment, playing with a non-english version, baltic crusades is a little bit silent.

No stratmaptalk,
No prebattlespeeches and
No talking units.

This silence has got its point, but if you like the classical sounds then i have this fix for you.

Installation:
First: Download the fix and unpack into your \\mods\dlv_teutonic_knights\data folder.
Second: go to the \\mods\dlv_teutonic_knights\data\sounds folder and delete the events.dat, events.idx and the Voice.dat and Voice.idx. You don´t need to backup this file, as the game creates new one every time.

This should be savegamecompatible and for 1.2 and 1.3 (i test the fix on 1.3). Only negative point is, that the lithuanian prebattlespeeches contains some christian stuff, but the rest should be ok.
