No, last I knew FN MAG and IMI Negev. However they used weapons such as the M1919 and M2/3/5 Halftracks right up until the mid 1970's, and other weapons such as the 6 Pdr till the late 50's/early 60's. The RAM pictured above is a 70's design which is out of service I think, but there is a new variant called the RAM 2000. RAM's are highly adaptable little scout cars, some even armed with twin 20mm TCM cannon and TOW's. The RBY that was mentioned, that's a slightly different vehicle. An APC I believe.

obviously the handle of the gun is different from a regular M1919A6. This specimen has a Garand stock custom fitted into the gun, so it's gotta be a modification made during the war, I do remember seeing this gun on the history channel in some TV series about the Pacific War, it had a modified, higher rate of fire than a regular M1919, comparable to something like Vickers K or MG42.

After some googling, maybe this gun?
    T33

The AN/M2 was on occasion used as an infantry gun. Called the T33 it was fitted with a buttstock and bipod to allow for use without a tripod or other mount. The T33 consists of a butt stock from a M1919A6 and a rear sight and bipod from a BAR 1918. These conversions were based on field conversions carried out by soldiers in the Pacific Theater during World War II.

Bipod at least looks like a BAR bipod, I guess the rear sight doesn't really match either BAR or Garand though. And the stock of that MG looks like a Garand stock to me.

EDIT: arrr beaten, we'll see if it's the correct answer tho...

T33 was the gun, the modification was officially known as the "stinger". Anyways close enough.
