I find it annoying once a spy fails to enter a city or fails to spy an army, he instantly dies. Is it possible to maybe in the game code make spies the same as assassins (only to the game code), so that they don't die instantaneously when trying to spy a few rebels or something? If they could just fail to get inaccurate intelligence it would seem alot more realistic than always dieing, while assassins get a free "missed target" much of the time. If anything the assassins should die more often at attempts, not the reverse. Or would this make the AIs use the "spies" ineffectively?
