    2. Noone actually used gunpowder weapons, nor artillety in the middle east.
    3. Every arrow shot from an archer, equipped with any kind of bow and skill and so on, deals the same damage as every other archer with different equipment. Same goes for javelins.

The Byzantines employed no cavalry archers at all except for mercenaries.

Hand cannons were used in China and thru Middle East they came into Europe. But the mod ends in 1400. There was no extensive usage of hand cannons before that date and even after it. That's why implementing some gun armed unit wasn't worth the trouble for BC team, I guess.

are you kidding me? the silk road makes me more rich than bill gates, the thing is you have to recruits tons of merchants to takeover the trade also don't forget to hire assassins to wipe out your competitor merchants, thus you will have more gold than uncle uncle scrooge.

19 - Makuria can still kick yo ass with sticks and bows, YES even if you are wearing plate armor.
20 - They have internet in modern day Georgia (browsing BC forum... does that count?).

« There is no virtue in compulsory government charity, and there is no virtue in advocating it.

A politician who portrays himself as 'caring' and 'sensitive' because he wants to expand the government's charitable programs is merely saying that he's willing to try to do good with other people's money. Well, who isn't?

And a voter who takes pride in supporting such programs is telling us that he'll do good with his own money - if a gun is held to his head.» - P. J. O'Rourke
