Unit staff in centre of square

I've increased the number of man per infantry unit from 160 to 200. I'm running into the following problem.

My English lines are 200 man (I quess including the unit staff). They line up nicely in two rows of 100 man. However when forming a square, the unit staff (officer, drummer, flag carrier) are not in the centre of the unit but they move to the sides of the square.
I found that increasing the number of man from 200 to 210 solved this problem.

However when increasing the number of man to 210, instead of deploying in 2 lines, they form in 2 rows plus a third row of 10 man. Which number of man per unit makes both the line formation a neat 2 rows and has the unit staff in the centre of the square? Or are there other values that can solve this issue?

Try 202 or 198. I guess for the square you get 4 times the same thing so anything that doesn't leave a remainder when divided by 4 is bad.
