I dont think Vienna is going to be in the game.... I think Il_Duce said that.
It was a village by the begining of the game no way in this game it will be a power house city. But dont take my word on it

Not exactly correct. While it wasn't a massive metropolis but it was still a fairly important city in the area at the start of the Tsardoms timeline.
Vienna had been the capital of Austria since the 1100s and was an important local trade hub. Walls were erected around the settlement in 1200 and the settlement received city rights in 1220. By the 14th century it was the center of Habsburg power, only shadowed by Prague. I think it should exist on the map, but not with a unique model.
Good documentary about the siege of Vienna, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Edit: Just saw duce's comment confirming it will be on the map![]()
Will Prague be on the map?
γνῶθι σεαυτόν ~ μηδὲν ἄγαν
Good questionLooking at the radar map in one of duce's posts and comparing it with a map of europe, i think Prague might just be out of the boundary
Would be nice if it would be in though

Please Nike, don't generalise about those facts about Western Europe... I am a Spaniard, and we also face the same problem with our history. The saddest think is that even Spaniards are ignorants of their own, and we just know an etnocentrist "Western World" history.
Personally, I would prefer to play with Serbia or Bulgaria in TW if they were available...rather than with France or England (the classical ones...). So I am checking this forum to see this fantastic mod appear
Well, in that case I supose I have to feel proud of be part of that 1%As I said before, please don't generalise about us
By the way, the movies you posted are just awesome.....nothing to do the European cinema realism with the absurd yankee comercialism in film industry.

You're an exception, brennas. From what I've seen, I think I'm right to say that *most* (which doesn't mean all) Westerners have no clue about Eastern European history. While I may be no expert on Western European history, though at least I do have sufficient clues about it (or "most of us know about Western history a bit more than most Westerners know about Eastern history, which is largely thanks to the Western multimedias being a sort of a hegemon here today").
And you're still better than us - many people have heard of El Cid, especially because of the Hollywood movie and the Spanish campaign in AoEII The Conquistadors (and, yeah, who hasn't heard about Spain in the age of the Great Discoveries and the American colonization).![]()

And I'm proud of being an exception in this subject (most Spaniards even doesn't know where is Serbia)....I recognise Westerners can't see beyond their ethnic limits, specially yankees (how many films have been done about the D-Day????). And well, Spanish history is not just Conquistadores and a rubbish american movie about Charlton Heston imitating El Cid...but that's the way it goes, we the "secondary" nations have to live under the Western ethnocentrism, or at least that's the way I see it.
Btw, I can't believe nobody posted the film Boj na Kosovu (1989), bassed on the battle of Kosovo between the Serbian princes and Ottoman Empire. Here is in youtube (I found a torrent version with English subtitles, but I can not find it now).

Here is another Serbian film, St. George shoots the Dragon, settled between the Second Balcanic War and the First World War. I haven't seen it, but it seems good. Any oppinion before watching it?

This is another great dramatised documentary about the Siege of Viena, not the one in time of Charles V (the Spaniards won it, a fact that almost Westerners don't know...), but the one in 1683:

And finally, a Russian film based in the context of the war of liberation of Bulgaria (just watched the trailer, I don't have an oppinion about it):

We know about Boj na Kosovo. But there is communistic influence of the time that may have affect its reliability
