[Request] Defences in land battles

hello,

at first this is a request for a mod,

Is there a mod or tutorial to have in every land battles the change to allow the defences.
and can that mode be made for in custom battles and campaign battles.

In the campaign you have to wait 2 or 3 times without any movement at an army to have the defences.
I want in every battle those defences, could that be made ?
