Quite literally. I think cadre is not broad enough, and the first team gets too little pressure from the bench. They are overplayed, and too comfortable, knowing that in 90% of the matches, they will be in the startup squad anyway.

Gladbach have been my German side since before the relegation, and it's brilliant to see them doing well Favre has done magic with badger-head Reus and beautiful Arango, shame badger-head is off to Dortmund in summer, but Herrmann could well be the heir to his throne! Hope to see them in Europe next year, thought little of Favre after his previous jobs but he has it ticking perfectly at the moment

I only expected another season of midtable or below, but the counterattacking game has clicked perfectly. Next season will be different with Reus and Neustaedter agreed to leave though, interesting to see how Gladbach buy

yea we will have to see how they do in respect to transfers come summer. if they can get a good replacement, that will be what they need
