City Walls Repair?
I recently took Madrid from Spain. I've held it now for multiple turns. When I check the buildings tab for Madrid there is no damage shown to any of the buildings in there....the 'repair' button is not available for any of the buildings. I was just attacked by spain and on the battlefield there is significant damage to the defensive walls of my city....there are gaping holes that the enemy just walks through. Why can't I repair these walls?

You can't, it's broken.
