First, i have to say i m pretty impressed by the job you made here.

now two questions

1) where are the dark elves??? i cannot see them anywhere (custom battle or campaign) i would like to play them very much plz help me on this point, did i missed something?

2) there are so many "Empire-like" faction, which one is the best?

1/ What version of mod you installed? Dark elves (druchi) in 1.3

Reikland is the best imperial faction because it can recruit all units, generates the most income, and has the emperor as its faction leader. I think other empire factions are for people who want more of a challenge.

thank you mate, i just realised i did not installed 1.3.1 hotfix, perhaps it is why i do not got the dark elves, duno really... anyway all the official links do not work for me, i guess i ll have to try your torrents

What are the requirements for Reikland to recruit the units of the other provinces. Are you sure they can recruit ALL of them? Some I don't remember appearing for me.

Check the EDB - they'll be located under the Reikland Entry (the real faction name for Reikland can be found by locating the settlement names under the faction name in the descr_strat. If it requires an event, the event triggers can be located in the campaign_script.). I don't have the means to check atm.
