My read of it is that you can't use music or graphics that are not "in-game", but you can use anything that an in-game camera will allow. You can also "crop" clips, so they don't have to be continuous feed, and you can zoom in/out to get rid of radars and tabs and the like. Changing colours or tint is not allowed. That is my interpretation...perhaps Legio can jump in and give his opinion, since he has more experience with the UEPW.

The rules we are working with are a first try I suppose...I would think that if the rules need to be tweaked, suggestions could be made to Legio for the next competition after this- he has the experience and final say.

Great video! Although there is a little problem unfortunately as MasterBigAB already said, it needs to be in the VOTW topic but it also needs to shortened as according to the rules.

minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 5 minutes in length.

Hopefully you could shorten it and re-enter?

The Nanny sent me a message that the unedited video of the month section was "primarily for those doing vids that demonstrate MP games and good strategy with commentaries"...
If that's the case, I don't think the rules are suited to those.
Aside from the fact that most battle commentaries will take more than 5 minutes, not altering the original audio is a bit hard if you add a commentary... or is that not counted?
Anyway, I'd like to enter my new vid into the competition; it's as close as I'll ever get to fulfilling the rules, I guess.

Maybe I can get the movement arrows past the rules too.

I agree Daniu - I think the wording of the rules needs to be tweaked (my suggested rules didn't cover what you are saying properly, even though I intended it to allow for voice commentary...my bad), but I would ask that for this for round, we are more lax with the rules...Legio was cool enough to allow for some exceptions for the VOTM contest, I'm sure he'll give this consideration here. I'm keeping notes on suggested rules tweaks for the next contest, and will send them to Legio after the first one is over.
